Well, I dont have my own car, as Brian knows, insurance is hella pricey here and I cant afford it. I roll around in my dads car, a BMW, and if your Z32 is a non-turbo, Im sure my car can take yours. But enough e-thugging.
Lets see pcis of your car.

Re: Pontiac GTO TO Drift In Formula D
oh and 1via your an idiot, you really think they make the cars in japan and ship them here? the have factories in AMERICA so why would they spend the money to boat a ton a cars from Japan? Nissan has a freaking factory in England thats been there for over 20 years, car companies have factories all over, they don't ship the cars from Japan or wherever the car originated

Re: Pontiac GTO TO Drift In Formula D

Re: Pontiac GTO TO Drift In Formula D
its not American based but its made in America unless you imported it, very few cars are imported by the factory, some companies only make certain cars in certain places, but not very often
so its not exactly a domestic but its not Japanese either, just trying to tell gay mr 1via that hes an idiot

Re: Pontiac GTO TO Drift In Formula D
Ahh, I get you. I don't know about the Z32 or MR-2 specifically but you're right, a lot of japanese cars are made in the US.
As for 1viadrft..well he's got some interesting opinions.

I'm 19, an amateur drifter/former professional short track driver (who's right now attempting to get a seat with a WSoA team for the 2004 or 2005 season) and I own a moderately tuned 1970 MGB GT, which I drift easily.
She's a bit ragged out, and in desperate need of new metal in her unibody as most 30+ year old British cars here in the Midwest's rust belt do, but is as strong a drifter as my teammate's 240SX. I'll settle this once you've answered my question. Name one technical reason why Camaros, Mustangs, and GTO's cannot drift.

Re: Pontiac GTO TO Drift In Formula D
I'm 17 with a license and an rx-7 which drifts pretty well for being stock except for the clutch, I'm no 'expert' I guess but I know my fair share about cars and drifting and 'japanese' cars as well as a bit about 'domestics' not that they are much different besides the engine size and the rotary engine in the rx-7, they all have 4 tires, steering wheel, yea thats abotu all I know
stop being a woman and acting like just cuz your not 18 means you don't know anything, but if you don't have a license, that could someone discredit you, so I will agree with that part of it atleast

As for the domestics, Layla... I guess I don't really have any technical reason why they would suck... just my experience driving them I guess. But as I said... let's see how the GTO gets around. As for my car not beng Japanese... I guess what I mean is that all the parts are made in Japan and the final assembly point... I dunno... I would have to look into that. Maybe I'm half right??? |
