Nice rim choice, What color are u spraying the centers? gold?

BTW where do you buy all your rims? I have heard you have a rather large collection of 19's ...

Re: Green Supra project with 19" Rims

Steve, those rims will go spectacularly with the green paint, are you considering what I suggested about the CF hood and mint green scoop inspired by the YF S15? It looks nice either way.

Re: Green Supra project with 19" Rims

the wide-body treatment you've afforded this beauty deserves a custom hood. so.. If you decide to deep-six the one you've made I would think the SAS hood could make that model exceedingly sexy. I just love that TRD widebody supra. seeing yours makes me think immediately of that famous hood.

I really like those rims, they will look awesome on the car. Aren't they, by the way, the same rims on the Aoshima (?) RE Amemiya (sp?) RX-7? Or at least on Subway's build of it? Regardless, they will look wicked cool. And also, I really like hood on the green Supra you posted a pic of. It pretty much exemplifies what I was saying in my long post before. And keep in mind, with as hot as high-revving, lean burning Japanese motors run you can probably add more horsepower cooling the engine more efficiently than you can by ramming air into the intake manifold (especially when said manifold leads to a turbo...) and that's why you see the "backward" vents on so many Japanese cars. Anyway, I should shut up about that, and get back into my place...

That green is going to look awesome, and I don't think there's a damn thing wrong with the scoop. It all looks good to me. Can't wait to see the paint on it.

Bit of an update front end, no way near finished but an idea of what is going on.

Woaw... I like it a lot.... very agressive. I like too the intake like the Celica. For the bonnet don't use the big air intake, personnaly I prefer the intake like the Bomex Supra.

Keep us update.....
