Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

Since we're talkin about pics, I just found the crash pics of my 93' GA w/ 3.3 turbo....
This is what happens when you slide off the road at 120-130+ mph

This is what happens when power locks dont work, they cut you out

Dont drive after having several seizures
Or run from the policia

Not sure about that one.....
I was pretty beat up, had a broken left humerus right on the ball of the socket.
Oh and the steering wheel imprint on my chest for three months. Took me almost 2 years before I could use my left arm... that sucked!
Was out cold for over 40 hrs and then spent 2 more days in ICU. Went home after 9-10 days... (feeling like I was ran over by a truck!)

That 3rd pic is me in the red looking through the rubish... (feeling like I was ran over by a truck!)
AS you can see though, the GA holded up well even after a doxen rolls through a field

I'm still hunting for more pics of it none wrecked

Gah Damn! I remember you saying something about having an accident with that G/a and it being pretty bad.... But i would have never imagined! You are very lucky to still be here after that! I knew people who didn't make it through crashes no where near as bad as that.... absolutely unreal!

that's it? J/K i got a nice big unopened bottle goin on in my room right now... very very tempting to open and just go crazy on it.....But i'm being good and holding off.... maybe i'll save it for the wedding night... I think i'll need it! LOL ( gotta a year though) The best part is it was free.... gotta love freebies! Oh BTW the best tasting alcohol is whenyou are under the age of 21!

Speaking of turboed g/as I found a 2.0l turbo g/a on ebay the other day... I so wanted... but it's up in canada i have no place for it and it has "some problems" Such as the turbo won't boost any more and a few other issues.
Xi you are more then welcome to come out east and make a sweet fast g/a ride for me.... I'll hook ya up with free hotel stay!

The forums have been sucky lately I've been having a alot of problems getting on.

Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

ha I could technically visit Xero's shop whenever I wanted due to the fact that he's less than an hour from here haha I wonder if he'd even know it was me...

Maybe I should go there someday and see if he knows it's me

Watch out Xero! LOL!

Actually I don't even know the name of your shop haha

P.S. had a few shots and a few beers and watched a movie... took me 2 hours to get my speakers working again (cat chewed many of the wires apart at many locations and I had to re-solder and rewire everything... really retarded but oh wellz lol)... think ima sleep before I get more buzzed and feel like crap at work tomorrow hehe. Why I'm drinking on a Wednesday is beyond me  Thirsty Thursdays are where it's at! I'm supposed to go celebrate a friend's bday tomorrow But I doubt I will. Think I'll just get up early tomorrow and work extra to make up for not working Monday, so I get more money to work on my car

K I'm rambling now so I'm done lol

My pockets arent that deep anymore....

Are you talking about citron ?
All the flavor stuff is ok, if it's in a mixed drink probly better.

Re: Grand Am Off Topic Thread

Isn't there a guideline or rule about drunken forum posts? LOL it ranks up there with drunken phone calls.. ( which i am guilty of at times) J/K vipey!

Well right now my G6 is at the "stealership" to find out whats going on in the front end... hopefully it gets fixed and taken care of! I should know later on. I just feel so naked without my car....

well my weekend "sickness" i got a few days ago has decided to settle in my chest and throat.... so it now sounds like I'm going through friggen puberty again... even though i'm not quite sure i ever finished... ?!? One second my voice goes really low then to cracking and high... it's so embrassing...

edit: Ok i just got "the call" from the stealership. The G6 needs a new power steering pump ( i caught that one early since it only just started to make noise a day or two ago) and new tie rods end for both sides. Apparently a very common problem for the G6... And as usual they tried to sell me new brakes, and a fuel injection service... Thanks but No Thanks!
