How about a contest for the most "Tacky or stupid mods you have ever done" where u post pics of some of the old mods u have done (and since regretted) and then whoever has done the "shittest mod wins"?

I do hope you find a way to run the contest so that the most obsessed person on the forum has the best chance of winning. It wasn't my intention to squash the enthusiasm that started this thread, just to redirect it away from owning consumer products and toward finding the folks who spent time doing research, trying out bizarre swaps, and basically going where no hondaholic had gone before.

PS-For example, when I was buddies with some serious VW people, there was one guy who went to Germany to get trained and certified by Volkswagen. He knew more about VWs than anyone I've ever known. He also learned carefully-guarded VW secrets...

how about a '95 Sport Compact? i lost the rest but i still have one

kept good track of it because my buddy was on the cover. i left a lot of my stuff behind when i moved up here. i think that is the oldest "honda thing" i have in my possesion

if you want to do another contest, i have a suggestion. EFLSVtec started a photo contest. it was take a pic of a Ricey honda or acura...you MUST take the pic (can't grab one off the net). why not flip it and make it the
* NICEST honda/acura
* MUST be taken by you (no pics off net)
* NOT your own car (thats too easy)

you need to give it like a 3-4 week deadline. that way people without digi cams have a chance as well...more people will join in

i dotn got a scanner either. the only way i could get pics on the internet would be to take pics i find on the internet. but for my defense the pics i would take from the internet would be on cars from my town so it may not be pics i took but the pics i can get would be of cars from my town. i pretty much see these cars everyday since my town is small.

would that be ok ? if not then this contest will suck for us who dont have a camera or a scanner
