Re: Part Out : 1997 GS

Can we really put a price when it comes to power steering? lol. What condition is it in? I need pics of where those little hoses go into the piece to see if there's rust there.

I've been driving a "semi truck" for about a year now. I can still parallel park better than most people with it then other people with PS.

I need pics of it first. No more than $100 shipped though. Can get a rebuilt on for $150.

Oh stop your bitching. If you're parting out a car, you suck it up and deal with it. HAHAHAHA Sounds good though. Don't ship to my old address.

Re: Part Out : 1997 GS

One way you could check is looking and seeing if the connectors are the same or even try swapping the clutch pedal connector to the brake pedal switch and it it plugs in , try to start the car with the brakes disengaged. if it turns over , then no they are not the same.

Sorry, I was at work... Umm... It might, but I'm not sure. I mean, you would have to do some rigging of it to work maybe, but I donno man...

Of course. I have a nice variety of classics on each different page of them in a booklet. lol

Also, that was the cheapest security envelope ever. I put the money in and held it up and was like, well shit that won't last 2 minutes in the hands of a poor man. lol

Re: Part Out : 1997 GS

You can probably just get a -uni- or check the junk yards for a 1G 5 speed possibly.

Also , Dave - Ready with the rack&pinion for whenever you are =P
I'm wondering if by the time this car is 100% stripped down if the shell will be light enough for 2 people to lift.
