Well here are a couple of things I noticed that can't place this car or scene far from USA.

There is a maroon Pathfinder on the right hand side!
If you look at the door panel of the car were the pic is taken from the door panel has an air vent on top of it to defrost the window, this is a common trait in 3 vehicles the mitsu Eclipse 95-99, Eagle talon 95+
an the othe american counterpart by dodge I forget its name intrepid?

Well if you look at the interior combo & the dash out line this rules out the eclipse & the talon leaving the 3rd car wich the mirror fits the make along with the interior color & design!
