I highly, higly doubt that A)we are going to get into any trouble for something like that, B) they are going to give one or two kids minors if we're just sitting around being somewhat decent, and C) if they do give them minors, I higly doubt we would get into any trouble.

I've gotten a minor before drinking with older people and the cops didn't even question them...they didn't even ask where I got my beer. I just got my minor and went on my merry way, and this was in MN too.

Not to try and plea to let it happen or anything. But you must realize we will be in small ass town MN. And if you didnt know, besides SD this is one of the most liberal states around. I have had a party at my house that the cops were called too, all he said was that he knew we were drinking and that if the neighbors had to call again for noise they would have to give minors. And I live in the suburbs. But hey if you dont want drinking there are other ways I could party and if caught im the only one that could be held accountable.

i really dont think it should be a big problem if minors get caught drinking.
Long time ago, when i was in high school, me and my friends used to drink every weekend, one day we were drinking in my garage and somebody dropped a bottle, neighbors called the cops, and they started giving us shit, only 1 in the group was 21 , they just made us empty our beer and go in the house.

so i think if it's just drinking and now beeing loud or reving engined, you know crazy shit, i think it should be fine.

I think we'll be camping somehwhere around the Taylor's Falls area. That way cruising around Minneapolis/St Paul is close, but Rockfalls is not too far either.

I can understand you guys not wanting to get up at 7 am, but theres no way in fuck I am going wait for your overly intoxicated ass to get up at noon so we can just barely miss the entire day of racing. Maybe we can leave in waves, but I know that if I am paying $50 or $70 for a day of racing I am for damn sure going to get a decent amount of it in.

And what does a minor mean anyways??? A 130 dollar fine and nothing more or less? I can deal with it. I have never seen or heard of anyone getting a contributing to minors, but I must admit that would suck ass. If somebody on AF has private property we could have it there, then all minors are accounted for no matter what. Hell I could have my own cooler own tent and own plot and say I (along with any other minors) are by ourselves if we do run into an asshole. But, I still think we have nothing to worry about on a campground, I mean who isnt loud and drunk on a campground?

I find it amussing that the talk of our DSM meet has been about 70% about drinking situations lol, but might as well hammer out the important stuff first.

The only time I know of someone getting contributing is because the cop watched him drive up to the liquor store seperately from the minor and put the booze in the minor's car and then drive away in his own vehicle. I'm not too worried about it, I'll drink with ya blue.

Also, if we are going to be drinking we cant do it in most public camp grounds, of age or not alcohol is prohibitted. I doubt anyone is going to know/care if we knock back a few beers while we sit around the fire but if you guys are serious about all this "party til dawn" shit then we need to find somewhere else to do it.
