It's true, the car is very peaky. I don't notice it at all though. In daily driving situations I can still keep ahead of traffic without going into VTEC, and when you're driving hard, you keep the car in VTEC (6000-9000 rpms). If low end is an issue, than you're either in the wrong gear or in the wrong car

see that is how a S2000 is suppose to sound.. like a mean car, not like a can of wasp. also one of my best friends has a F20c powered S2K and you have to rev that thing to 4K to move anywhere when just driving around town. mean while i shift my car at 2K and just let the tq do the work.

nothing wrong with a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder that feels more torquier then most japanese 3.0 v6's even when i'm off boost.
