well think about that for a sec. what if the motor locked up on the interstate. tires lock up go into a spin or someone slamms into the rear. rather childish way to get back at a girlfreind

loose not unplugged, turn the radio up loud enough and be like majority of people and not pay attention to their gauges and BOOM. We have a case here at work that some guy cut the rear brake line on his soon to be exwife (at the time) just so the rear brakes wouldn't work and freak her out, yea well when all the fluid drained she went to come to a sudden stop and creamed a car, she walked away but three kids the the back seat died, now she is sueing his ass casue they were her kids from a pervious marriage, MESSY case. lol

sueing huh, i wonder what kind of a price tag shes putting on that, nothing he'll ever be able to pay off i bet

you'd think criminal charges would just get filed and he'd go to prison forever, i never knew you could "sue" over something like that, what state do you live in?

Yes, I'm very well aware of what a restraining order is. It was attempted and the judge denied it because we 1. didn't have a child in common, 2. didn't live together, and 3. she never actually caused me any physical harm.
