Zactly, it's heating / cooling system that works off the outside air. Supposedly the most efficient type of heating / cooling available. The "refrigerant" either cools down or heats up the outside air depending upon the inside / outside temperature. Apparenlty, the refrigerant lines need to be bled in some special sort of way, if you do it wrong it will mess up the condenser and air handler and you just threw away $3500. I can install it, wire it and solder up the copper lines etc, but was "strongly advised" to get a qualified technician to bleed the lines.

lol, you dont have many or any friends? same here here, i have 1 friend trough work and he is 7 years older then me, but he is cool, i dont get out much pretty much becasue i am lazy... once i get home from work at 2:30 in the after noon i just dont feel like doing anything at all.
