So true. I really hate it when guys just want to talk up a storm while you are in a public bathroom. WTF, can't it wait till after we get out of the bathroom.

As for the rule of every other urinal, I have a friend that no matter what always goes to the second to last one. Someone could be at the last one and he'll end up right next. I asked him and he says its just a force of habit. It drives me nuts.

well i actually knew a guy who would walk out of the stall to wet his toilet paper.....i just do that when i'm at home, because all we get is the 1-ply (can't beat a roll for 50 cents), but at my school you can get away with it, because in the handicapped stalls, they've got sinks and mirrors and whatnot, so i'll go there if i can. at work....i'm sol....

thus the reason as to why i said not to soak the whole thing....

why would you wet the paper in the first place. Even a little part would still come appart as you wipe. It makes no sence to me
