I know Veryron used some Maisto parts on his F355 Spyder conversion, including the top boot.
Hey Zoom-Zoom, would you happen to have the engine top left over in one of those ripped up diecast 355's I have the slots in the engine cover opened up, and it'd look good if there was a faux engine in there.
I think that was the other feature in Veyrons spider conversion I really liked.

The car looks awesome Matt. The unpainted wheels are a perfect choice for the car.

Mine are spoken for...but if it's any consolation, it's really hard to see anything down through those slots. If you use screen, nobody will notice any lack of engine.

I could not find any good pics correctly identifying if the emergency brake calipers are actually on the front or not.

These were included in the kit, and are probably wrong, but I don't think the car will suffer any ill braking effects. Since it is plastic, and it doesn't move.

Thanks for the replys guys. I really like these wheels too. The VIP weels are fitting for this classy ride.

This car is in clearcoat now and the metallics are AWESOME!!
This car really sparkles now! A bit of polishing and adding the windows, and this baby will be done too.

wow, hey,

Looks like I missed a superbly sweet thread !

I love about everything you did to this car, the green looks superb, the rims look like it was born with them on... well done.
Oh and for the brake calipers, I m not 100 percent sure, but I think the double ones have to go on the back, just like the ones on the modena.

Lovely build, and it will be hard to do better.

Olivier
