The American DVD releases had the Japanese version included. If you can steer your eyes away from the godawful "Tricked Out" version, it's the "Classic" version of the show you select at the start of the DVD. Trust me, it's leagues better than the Tokyopop dub.

Maybe they got that sound effect from the FC3S in Sega GT Online for the XBOX
 . Seriously, the damn thing sounds like a hairdryer gone crazy. Get your sounds right, Sega!

To do that would require an E-Brake, a Clutch and 5-or-6 speed manual shifter, and a more responsive steering wheel. It would take way too long for the guys at Segarosso/Hitmaker to program everything.
