what program do you guys use to chop?

I just used Photoshop 7 I think it is, its either 7 or 8.
Thier not exactly complicated to make though, only a few minutes to make each one. It takes as long to get them hosted and post them as it does to make them.

man I found a good cat picture to go with this thread but I keep getting some wierd error when I try to post a pic... been doing it to me for like a month. I PMed igor though so hopefully he'll be able to tell me whats up
