Depends. Denser than what? Or are you asking "Does it have density?" Question not counted.

I should make you guys go to 30 questions like the thing at www.20q.net.

Thanks for putting that up, Yogs!

I'll make a couple clarifications.

1. Mineral
2. not rare
3. liquid
4. sometimes red
5. not lava
6. not translucent
7. not clear
8. not shiny
9. found in north America
10. found worldwide
I've never been outside of the U.S., so I cannot personally confirm that it is found worldwide, but I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't be.

11. doest not corrode
12. is not lustrous
13. is not within a person
14. cant wash a truck with it
15. not the element Mercury
16. not bromine
17. not cherry flavor kool-aid (or any kind of fruit punch)
18. It has a scent
19. Its not dishwasher or laundry liquid detergent
20. No cosmetic use
21. You do not want to put it in your mouth
Well, I do not want to put it my mouth. You can do whatever you want with it.

22. Found on the earths surface
23. Not automotive in nature
24. Not used in daily life

hmmmm.... It almost sounds like transmission fluid, but its not automotive in nature. Its that mineral in nature thing thats throwing me. Liquid minerals are pretty rare. Minerals like graphite, bromine, mercury and such are not man made. I must be confusing elements with minerals.

As a definition What is a mineral?
A mineral is a naturally occurring homogeneous solid, inorganically formed, with a definite chemical composition and an ordered atomic arrangement.

Definition
naturally occurring--not man made
homogeneous solid--one composition and not a liquid or gas
inorganic--not animal or plant
definite chemical composition--not fixed KAlSi3O8 (Mg,Fe)2SiO4
crystal structure--atoms bonded together in regular geometric pattern

So - by definition it cant be a mineral so give me back those questions. Gimme gimme gimme gimme.

Animal - Any of the animal kingdom of living things including multi-celled organisms as well as single-celled ones that have the capacity for spontaneous movement and rapid motor responses. They typically lack chlorophyll and the capacity for photosynthesis. Examples: a cat, a goat, a snake, a unicorn, protozoa.
Vegetable - Any of a plant kingdom of living things typically lacking locomotive movement or obvious nervous or sensory organs and possessing cellulose cell walls. Examples: an orange, a carrot, lettuce, a tree, algae.
Mineral - Something neither animal or vegetable. Examples: a rock, water.
Other - Something neither animal, vegetable or mineral Examples: love, the color blue.
Unknown - You are not sure how it should be classified (maybe no one does).

23. Yes (although, with enough heat, I bet we could vaporize it. )
