ears, oh thats not very hard. In the middle of your ear are very small bones, the smallest in the body. If you rub your finger in a circular motion over them, one of them is bound to crack against your skull sometime or another. It's a quiet crack, but sounds loud cuz its in your ear!!

and btw- anyone who says they can crack their nose is pulling your leg. There is a trick you can do with your teeth to make it sound like they are cracking their nose but they ain't. I fooled some people with that, its funny but it really is impossible to crack your nose cuz it's all cartilige
