I know SkylineUSA is not a kid. Omega refrain from using "kid" in reference to everyone on here. Not everyone that posts here is under the age of 21 let alone 18.

People that raise valid points should have their valid points responded to in such.

SkylineUSA I know. You've been here a quite a while. As I've said, I am putting my foot down, and require those responding and inquiring to do so politely.

I can see this thread getting loose again. If it begins to I will lock it, I shit you not folks. If you ask nicely and get a shitty responce I will kick the respondance ass out. If you ask shitty you're the one going to cop it. This area will be monitored very closely.

Hello, McFly.

I am talking about what you posted on here in this thread, man you are thick. You need me to quote it, geez.

There, you understand where I am coming from now. Another thing, if you are one person, but your user name represents the whole company, does it not. So, step off that plane, because that is not going to fly here m8

Hey Razor~

You can shoot me a pm or email if you like. I was dealing with this on SDU as one of the USA Mods. I am the one that locked and moved threads to the mod forum as well.

I'll just be straight honest. Only one source for legal Skylines exists at this point. Omega Skylines cannot get a Skyline directly into the USA and if they can, they must resort to less than legal activities. Fore warned is forearmed.

ha that's funny, me a conman, i'm just a sales rep for omega and you think i'm the one fooling people into buying illegal skylines misguidedly, well you're terribly wrong mate, you have me confused me with someone else, no one want's to ban you mate, you've done nothing wrong, the only thing is that you've kinda stepped out of line, on SDU you never gave me a chance, you just kept pushing it, you showed no respect, because of what you heard on some post on a public bbs, after that you decided to dedicate yourself to torment me, me, someone you've never met no'r will, clearly you just judge a book by it's cover, but sad thing is i'm in the pages allready, hope this is a lesson learned, no hard feeling's whatsoever, i don't hate anyone no'r do i hold anything against someone i disagree with, but when you decide to go overboard and disrespect, you've gone to far, hope you understand.

MotoRex is currently the ONLY source of street legal Skylines in the USA. I can think of only one other source who doesn't talk about getting things done.

It is important to be on the look out for people/companies who misrepresent their abilities and intentions.

27 years old...your call.

The fact remains....at least one person has made a frantic phone call to Motorex when they found out they weren't going to be able to register their car (as claimed) after purchasing it from Omega.

Don't buy a car from these people. They aren't listed on the NHTSA site as RI's....

As for him being the same shyster that was on some of the other sites.....it makes no difference. The COMPANY in it's entirety is dishonest. Why would you trust ANY of their associates......including Adrenaline (which has ripped off at least 2 fellow GTR owners)

Post But

Are you aware that there are transport trucking businesses that could transport your prized vehicle, such as DAS (Desirable Automotive Shipping) and others, where the vehicle does not have to move anywhere except back-up (or if its lodged in an in-door facility it has to probably get outside). What makes these transport services unique beyond other shipping is the fact they can stop right at the location (and other features that can insure your vehicle but we will not go there). So what you is hire one of these services to stop at the quarantine lot or whatever it is called, pick up the skyline and drop it off at the body shop that is SPONSORED BY OMEGA to get proper tuning to get it legalized.

Which makes me come to another thing, the reason why Omega Skylines can consider them selves a skyline importing business, not only because they can import the skyline but legalize them at two, which they say anonymous facilities which does make me question about their legality, but I still have their faith since they seem to get new skylines, sell them and a user specified on this website that there are 30 skylines that made it to the US under Omega (more under Motorex), I can't find the link currently but I'll be glad to post it once I do. And when I do, you will have to deal with the user who posted that on the question if it is true or not, I believe it since the numbers seem pretty sensible.

Another think I have to point out is on the Omega web site, it read that can send it straight to the US and your location but it would cost more.

It is true that the legality of Omega can be in question since they mask the sponsored two anonymous, (but I do swear when I looked at the website site when they first started in 2001 they did have the name and even the phone number, plus email of the body shop at the time that did the legalizing tuning for the skylines; they also seemed to remove all phone numbers, plus not to mention the alternate email address that was purely used for questions and integrated it into the sales one ), so it does seem they have become a bit shadier since. Plus not to mention the apparent typos.

So in other words if they are a legal company, it is really not their fault since they did specify that you could have imported it into the US. And if that is the case, than it is pretty much between you and the Canadian governmental organization that is responsible for over-viewing imports, even though I do feel very bad about your situation and admit that some things can be quite deceiving.

What really puzzles me is that when I looked on the Motorex web site under FAQ, I found that skylines are indeed legal in Canada (at least if they are tuned I suppose). If you do not believe me check this quote which is the answer in response to the question about the legality of Skylines in Canada: "We have passed all US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards . We contacted the Canadian authorities and they told us that there was no direct import of non-originally complying vehicles." you can always compare this to the FAQ on the Motorex web site.

Omega CAN NOT legalize skylines. They have said so time and time again. Maybe in the future but at this moment no.

I am stick and tired of hearing about it, and so are others. So with that said this thread is closed and all warned. You keep spouting false information and you will not be participating on AF any longer full stop.

You have undeniable proof to the contrary, well send it to me pm. If I can't sort it out, I have others that will. PM me with crap though and don't be suprised your posting days are removed!
