Recap of the English F1 fleet - Take 2...

I'd say it is a pretty good week when you find new photos of two out of the three F1 GTs.

This photo isn't actually "new" - it was taken on 10/25/2007 - but I doubt anyone here has seen it because I would imagine they'd have done the same thing I am doing here, which is share it!



Oh - and the best news... that one is clickable.

Interestingly, the source (not necessarily the photographer) is the same person on each photo. I might need to have a chat with him...

In my vid it had the plate DAR7H

Same owner but different plates.
The theory is that the DAR7H plates were fake plates

The R plate on the car now is actually the plate the car wore even before coming to the USA more than a decade ago.

Checked some documentation I have and it turns out they were legit and assigned to the car via records found on the DVLA website back then.

The vehicle details for DAR 7H are:

Date of Liability 01 03 2011
Date of First Registration 25 02 1998
Year of Manufacture 1998
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 6064CC
CO2 Emissions Not Available
Fuel Type Petrol
Export Marker Not Applicable
Vehicle Status Licence Not Due

Currently DAR7H returns no records under 'McLaren' and the plate on the car is valid. Regardless of plates I am sure the car hasn't changed hands at all recently.
