It was an amazing first F1 to view! I was very lucky. It was a 650km drive to view it but the drive flew by at the prospect of finally seeing the car after all these years.

It was incredible! It was feeling a bit like my unicorn... I always wished to see one someday and then I saw #018 two weekends in a row!
Seeing it in the carbon made me want to work even harder! I was surprised by the size of the F1, especially with an Enzo at the show too. It really is such an impressive piece of packaging and styling given its small size.

A friend discovered this pair of photos on Flickr from the 1998 AutoExpo in Mexico and sent me the links. I am suprised they have been up there for so long and we've never come across them. Anyway, here they are now and both are clickable for larger versions.
