Re: MFH 1979 512 LM "Cloud Car"
That body is spectacular. The fit and finish, especially the clear is outstanding. The engine is quite amazing too. What a maze of tubing, all beautifully routed.

It's an MFH kit and it's already painted? Wow. I've never seen it happen that fast before.

great and the blue color is very spectacular. Have you a reference of this or a melange color?

Re: MFH 1979 512 LM "Cloud Car"
The masking and paint job is superb, as with most MFH kits, it looks like it's going to be a great model.

Re: MFH 1979 512 LM "Cloud Car"
Wow amazing work so far, superb finish on the body!! Great engine detail. Ive always liked the 3M sponsored livery on this car (mainly due to the fact I use 3Ms vinyls for signwriting)
You should really change your name to Ferrari Fan, coz i havent seen you build a Skyline in awhile. Your builds are awesome, i LOVED the FXX!!!

Re: MFH 1979 512 LM "Cloud Car"
interesting discussion about the color. It's definetely blue not white or grey. But it's more of a light dirty blue, not that kind of baby blue...bla blue bla :-)
check the pics ![]() ![]() well pictures don't tell the truth, so mix both pics and you have a good match...a greyish light blue. daniel -germany- P.S Great build so far !! |

Re: MFH 1979 512 LM "Cloud Car"
Grey/blue looks too glossy to be a vinyl colour, as i wont add my option.. But 3M do have a Light greyey blue colour vinyl, dont think it was avaiable in the 70s
