get off my case i was thinking of the nascar blue flag with an orage stripe that means move over a leader is comming behind you.

i wrote the message in a hurry obviously and i made some mistakes.

Your flag information, while helpful to some, seems a bit outdated. IIRC there is no such thing as immobile yellow flag.
