As agreed upon by both the U.S. and USSR then, both nations were to disarm any nuclear and other dangerous weapons they had; up to this day, neither nation has done this. So, no, I don't look goofy at all. The point is, the U.S. should set an example if it wants others to disarm. But the U.S. imposes its own will on others, but would not even do that itself, which is hypocritical any way you look at it.
And the U.S. does not need to invade each nation, when it has dominated most of the world in all aspects--politically, culturally, religiously, ecnomincally, morally. Why would the U.S. waste its military when it has successfully crept into many nations in a subtle way? Subtlty is the best approach, since without warning nor fanfare, you can easily dominate any nation. And the U.S. has successfully done that. Or it would appear that some posters here must be living under a rock the whole time.

Yes one actually hit in Kuwait City today. One person injured and no fatalities mentioned so far
