hey MoReace nice lights!
you had to tape up the reverse lens on the lights right?
was the whole process hard to do?

just cover it w/ duck tape. There is a groove around the reversel light so u can then use a razor blade to cut out around it. Peel off the outside and the reverse light is perfectly covered.

The tails look good MoReace. Sometimes it's hard to paint even, but you did a good job.

Thanks, I had a friend help out a lot. he does most of the work on my cars. He does a good job for cheap.

1 more view to admire, and yes I know, the bumpers need to be reapainted Actuall the whole car does. Just can;t find that tree that grows money. In time it will come

the lights look clean. but I still like aznvirus's smoked out lights the best. they look -wicked-

hey MoReace you painted the whole lens on the back lights?
Nismog20 did you paint the whole lens too or just the orange part?
both of you used the same paint?
i noticed that nismog20 lights looks lighter than moreace lights!

I painted the whole lens w/ Testors transparent candy apple red spray paint. I might just have used more coats. it is personal preference. I used testors glossy coat finish as well

planning to paint my back lights diz weekend,
need to find out weither to paint the whole lens or just the orange part?
nismog20 you said to "make sure to tape up the part that is already red also JUST PAINT THE ORANGE PART"
but moreace, you painted the whole lens in the back rite?
nismog20 how many coats of paint did you use on your lightz?, i think your lights look BAD Azz!!!!

just as long as u get it even it wll look straight

i ended up painting mine too
will post some pics...

the testors red goes on clear fairly easy, since its really light paint.

the damned clearcoat dripped in 2 spots.. its really thick gooky junk. the drips are very light, and can only be seen if u stick your head 1 inch from my lights...
