I admit, it looks fabulous!! and I wouldn't bother too much about the weathering, because what Enzo owner would ever even DRIVE the car!

If you are even lucky to have the opportunity to buy one, I would let it stay in my garage for ever, as an investment!

on the other hand , this beauty just screams to be molested

keep up teh progress and nice work!

ciaoo Olivier

Damn you all with your Enzo kits!!! My credit card is getting woried now, I'm going to have to cave in to the pressure and make an order. A thousand curses upon you all

Seriously, this kit is awesome and the more I see of it the more I want one. Synergy, it looks like you're going to do a fantastic job, it's looking excellent so far

Nice job, clean painting. The seams on the exhausts could have done with a little gap-filler, and tidying up before painting, but hey, when it's all covered up in the bottom of the model, you start to lose a bit - you want that BODY painted!!!

Of course, you can worry about that on the second Enzo kit, and do a cutaway to see the engine or similar. Or maybe the third one, etc. etc.

On the point of holding the fiddly little bits - you could also try your chemist/ drugstore/ pharmacy, and get some medical forceps. You get different options on the teeth, and they have a great ratchet to lock things in place, and just the right tension too. No worries about the elastic band getting attacked by the thinner in the spray and falling off...

Other options for medical stuff - talk to your dentist, and get some of his old tools that he uses to mold fillings in your teeth. PERFECT for working with putty...

And, of course, medical scalpel blades are 10 times better than hobby knives. And normally cheaper too, if you can get a good source.

And finally, talk to your friendly paramedic and whip some rubber gloves from him. Great for holding closer to your model when spraying it. And guess what - when you're finished, chuck it away. You don't walk into work with a yellow/ pink/ blue hand the next morning ;-)

Have fun. Can't wait for my Enzos to arrive. My problem is how many to buy ;-) Will start with 1 I suppose...
