IMO, you skill is still not there. By looking at those cars you build could let the rest (those actually want to join) completely dissappointed. Let said this way, You are the leader of this team, and your models cannot convince the rest of the members, so in final, what's gonna turn out? a fight again...flamming each again...
What I think of AF is a big family to modelling, you don't need another team or group. What I think your idea is kind of fishy, are you just want a plainly a group of friend who build models and show in the site or a group of members who can flamming members here in AF? Posting up here is good enough, isn't it?

I already have a website for modelling.Not a club but just a place where I can display my cars and others.You can add my cars I don't mind, but I'm too lazy to post here so just get them from my website StrictlyModels

With all respect bud, did you read the FAQ here before you posted your tips page? You may want to read up on painting.... Did you get permission to post those links? Since you are advertising your site on AF, wouldn't it be respectful to Igor and the Mods here to put a link on your site to AF?? After all, you are using AF to generate traffic to your site.
