Re: Audi R8 (M-Tuning Style)

I also did do some progress ,

Here's the grille painted:

And on the car:

I also changed the "Side blades", I closed them and made another panel line on another spot:

I will make that part carbon when the car has been painted.

Wow! This is fantastic. I really like the grille and it sure does say Audi!

Re: Audi R8 (M-Tuning Style)

I was gonna vote for the same grill option you used. I like that big logo. Also, nice PS work there. Pretty neat how you did that...

One question - is the logo painted? or in BMF?

Murray
The surroundings are BMF and the logo is painted because I didn't want it in chrome.

Re: Audi R8 (M-Tuning Style)

That front grill looks good, the emblem a little bit on the big side, but looks Ok, and just be aware of that gap in the upper left corner, of the grill, you’ll need to do something there, and removing the blade… well… I liked it from bottom to top, it is kind of part of the personality of the car, but well, I’ll wait, until the end, I’m sure you already visualized something nice.
Those wheels look awesome!!

Re: Audi R8 (M-Tuning Style)

I've got a new (small) update:

I've widened the intakes on the sides, these will be sprayed bodycolor.

It's not ready yet, i've got some sanding to do.

Re: Audi R8 (M-Tuning Style)

I have a little update,

I sprayed the car metallic white:

It's pretty shiny :P.
As you may already have seen, I also modified the wing to sit in the "up" position.

And here's a pic of the headlight:

(The car was primered on that pic)

Re: Audi R8 (M-Tuning Style)

Nice progress, I chose the same color to mine but not gonna make any mods. Is the interior gonna be painted all black?
