$5 at walmart for alot of kits. AMT has these series of cheap kits. They come in a gold checkered flag style box. They're just as good when the first introduced them for $10 or so. They sell them for $5 since they're old kits i guess. I have their Charger, Duster,and some other things i prolly forgot.

i bought 3 chevy impalas:$2 '67 ss, $3 '63 stock, $2 64 ss o ya and 65 CENTS for a tamiya supra still in my closet waiting to be finished

on September 11, 2001 I went into my hobby shop and the owner had a banged-up box of a Tamiya Supra (stock model) under the counter. It was damaged during shipping to him. The only problem was there was a huge crack on the door. I was like like...ehh I'll give u $5 and I can fix it. SOLD. I ended up calling Tamiya and and brand new Body was at my front door that week! So yea, cheapest kit and on a memorable date.
