Re: Honda CR-X

Very nice. I was thinking of picking up this kit, my mom owned a very nice Y-49 Si until she had to sell it because of another child ('91). Its always been her most favorite car, she'll take her own bumble bee over a Gallardo any day.

How was the Tamiya White Putty? I just got some, hopefully it will do the trick for my next WIP. Your Crx is very clean, digging the CF dash. Is the Roll Cage custom?

Re: Honda CR-X

hello, just a quick update:

dashboard finally finished and put into interior. also tried to do panel lines, but im not satisfied with the result. i thought that painting the car was the most difficult part of the project, but these panel lines easily ruined my imagination of the clean work. thinner just ate my "beautiful" paintjob and i have to polish it over again. will never do the panel lines after polishing the whole body. just freaking

Re: Honda CR-X

Don't use thinner! Use polish/compound instead to rub off the excess black paint.
