That is an awesome model... I actually have the exact same one... but i was just wondering. The decals actually are quite yellow... have a look here:

Well, decals turn into a yellow tone due age. Some brands more than other. I have 3 of this kit in my collection and the one I started was the only one with non age syndrom. If you intend to build, find one with fresh decals.
