Re: Its time for some CARLAW!

One thing just occured to me. Were not just gonna be discussing street racing alone. I mean Carlaw pertains to everything car related. like:
-should you let your girlfriend wash your car?
-should you be asked to use your car care products on your family members cars?
-is it okay to write "happy bitrthday" or "just married" across your friend's windshield?

Stuff that all car folk need to know. So how about "Men of the Automotive Order"?

It doesn't matter to me how many members there are. I'll gladly do the stick figure avatars/sigs for everyone. Whoever wants them that is. Just let me know when everyone is accounted for, and I'll get started.

Does this mean the Stig will be driving a Trans-Am?

We stay as ourselves.

as for the name. I do like the "Knights" Idea.
Knights of Street Racing, sounds perfect to me.

also Young, your idea of using the lead members title in thier sig or avatar sounds great to me. I want everyone here to feel welcomed to join in on Carlaw but those who have "put a lot of work in the streets" as you so perfectly mention, should also be recognized.

once we have established our name I will make a post with the lead members names.

till then the floor is still open.
You sure about Matt not being Burt Reynolds? I vote that we have him grow a mustache and post a pic up

On a street racing club name, I think we should go by Rowing Gears.

My first law would be, RUN WATCHA BRUNG!!!!! Don't hunt for reasons for someone to take off parts on their car, or reduce the amount of boost (i.e. telling them to leave their boost at 13psi instead of 20, having them take out their nitrous).

Also, no excuses. You lose and it's your own damn fault. Don't hunt for excuses (i.e. your car needs a tune up, clutch is slipping when you have a new clutch in it, carpet got stuck underneath gas pedal, windows were open, had my 100lbs. girlfriend with me, etc...).
