i could find someone that is parting something out, and get stuff for cheap, i just want something i can be proud of, because im not rich, i have to work for everything i have, which isnt much, and i want to be able to look at something i put my money in and have other people like it too

I don't think turboing the stratus is such a good idea. When you turbo a n/t car you will have a lot of custom fabrication, unless you get a kit (which they can usually insert directly into your ass for a fee) and i don't even know if they make kits for strati (plural for stratus?). I think your best bet is to save $2000 to get a turbo, punch yourself in the balls for wanting to turbo a stratus, and buy a nice 1g and then have some fun.

Yeah. After we finish turboing the Spyder, me and grape may try our hand at turboing the Strat. Who would have ever thought of a turbo Strat. We are going to buy parts from parted out DSM's and what not and rig something up. Will be cool.
