Re: Eurosport factory visit pics

Go here, and type in vehicle reg and make.

http://www.vehiclelicence.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/index.jsp

Click on vehicle enquiry, click on next, type in details, click next.

You should then be able to view vehicle details. (But not on every reg no?)

Try most McLarens, you will see results for about half of them!!

Re: Eurosport factory visit pics

Sorry guys for pulling this thread back up, but go to page 2 and check out the interior of #033. I am now sure, this is the car that is pictured in DA, that was crashed in Germany. (not unless anyone knows different)

Greg, You will also find some pics of #029 Brazilian brown metallic,(including interior) which I believe you are looking for.

Unless those photos are post-respray, I do not believe that's the Brazilian Brown car.

Does anyone have the 2nd page of the CAR Magazine article in a larger version? I clicked on it, but it doesn't come up for some reason. the other pages are fine.
Thanks in advance.

Full agreement, or is it fool agreement?

Somewhere around here I even commented on some of the interior details that match #073 present day like the LM handbrake lever.

Definitely not a repost in my world, and those are awesome shots. I wish more people who've had this kind of opportunity would pull their old photos out of the drawer to share like this guy and our friend tak43 have.

The silver car with the Citroen mirrors has to be #001. It has the circular instead of the U-shaped cutouts around the door button. While I am not positive which car was the last to be fitted with that Citroen-style mirror, I do know that the last car to have those circular indentations was chassis #002.

The black car in build (if not a refit) should be #072 which would dispell the possiblity that it was originally built with the HDF Kit fitted. That would make all of the HDF Kitted road cars refits which is an interesting fact. I was holding out hope that there was at least one original.

The silver car that is almost completed could be #069 or could of course be a refit of any other chassis.

That engine shot is one of the best I have seen. I'm left wondering which car that could be hiding under the cover though. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
