Why is everyone so agains ricey 4th gens?

Ya, my car used to be an auto DX... The 3rd thing I ever did to my car was swap a ZC. I was still on stock hubcaps with just an exhaust and drop and I didn't know JACK about Hondas when I did it.. Need the go.
Then I ditched the ZC for a 5 speed and a B16A. Best choice yet.

Did you convert it to maual yourself or did you have a hop do it? IF you did it you wanna tell me how to do it, how much, and what parts? If not how much did they charge you to switch it over?

I got charged an additional $400 Canadian on my swap wich I think might be a little high.. I already had the motor and tranny all I needed was linkage and a shifter and a pedal assmembly.

Yeah I am buying the HAsport linkage, the pedal assembly off ebay, and the shift assemble from a junkyard... I don't know what else I really need..

I can't talk shit about rice cars cause my gurl will kill me. About converting ur car into stick isn't that hard at all. I've seen my friends big bro do it to my friends 95 civic coupe. Oh after all that work the tranny is fucked up!

I would never have any stickers or any of that shit on my car hehe ... mind u i did pick up a cheap bolt on tail pipe for my old 1.3 escort was gonna mod it as a big cheap ass thing and sell it to some badboy ... but then again 2 days after someone gave me a nice cherrybomb back box for it lol ... but the escort was cheap and crap and i blew the 1.3 engine about 6 times ... that thing never liked to go fast lol in the end i had 4 escorts sitting on my drive without engines hehe oh and one orion, i dont think the 1.3 engine even pushed out 60bhp haha......


anyway trick just sucks .... the only cheap parts i buy for my car is the audio system really cos i dont care too much about that as long as i can here it and it can handle being turned up quite a bit im fine .... cos im sure the hole world dont wanna listen to heavy metal hehe...

Gee, i think the money he spent on LED's and chrome hubcaps would have been better put toward some body work, or a new quarter panel and bumper, I wouldnt hate on this car if those were different colors cause at least he is trying to fix it.
