Make sure you have a spotter incase it hurts too much on the Bech or Incline or anything really.

legs definately....I remember when I was arond 17-18 yrs old at our school gym, on the multi-gym machine I managed to lift and do a couple of reps, with the maximum weight seleceted on the machine plus an additional 5-10kg and a mate of mine (skinny fella he was) sitting in the front support

my friends are gay and don't like going to the gym so i just do free weights so i don't kill myself.
FYI my sunburn is a lot better, it still feels like an alligator but it doesn't hurt like a mother if something touches it, needless to say i'm a little sore today.
