Re: 93 Widebody 240

well im in the process of making a sell on my car for 11k right now...that leaves me 3k for suspension on this car...thats KTS coilover group buy on ziliva, RUCAs, nismo power brace, tein tie rods, and some battle version traction rods. Thats should do me for awhile.

Re: 93 Widebody 240

to be honest, i would just sell the sr. Your going to get a shitty 240 and have a nice ka-t......pointless. You already have some suspension/drivetrain and a good body on this car. Why rid of it and buy it again? Just sell some of those other beaters you have too and your comic books, baseball cards, clothes if you have too. Start pawning some shit if its that much to ya. You can sell that sr with your mods for what 2 g's maybe more?? That would be a nice start off for your ka. Rebuild time is rebuild time, dont expect it to be done with a quickness. Save your checks, dont spend on worthless shit. Tell the gf that you cant go to the movies and you cant take her out to eat every weekend. To be honest its not that hard to save up to fund it. If i threw ALL of my money into a ka-t specific fund.....shit i would be sitting pretty right now but wouldnt be able to hook up for shit. But im fixing up the car as a whole first. Body work, suspension and what not. Things have to be replaced/fixed and add some stuff to the car its never had before lol. I dunno what your situation is, but thats how i would do it....i mean you can get a nice ka setup and THEN rebuild too....plus you already know the current car inside and out, i wouldnt want to mess with a stranger. Who knows whats going to be wrong with it.

*EDIT* i missed the second page lol. Yea i would of done what rw said. It wasnt that far off from being "done" as far as looks and what not that people were flamming you about. So you spent 17-18 on it, but sell it for 11? Next time you feel like giving away 5-6 grand for nothing, remember me plz. But its all good, you did what you wanted to do. Atleast you got another good car for the sale lol. It will still be nice, but i just couldnt imagine ditching a car i worked so hard on to make it what it was. Oh well post up pics and good luck man....sounds mean as hell.

Re: 93 Widebody 240

a project car is a project car...im not worried about loosing out on the money that i have, becuase this car will be faster, and handle better. Me personally, my car is nice dont get me wrong, but i wish it would have turned out better...but like i said there is absolutly nothing wrong with the car for me to get rid of it, just want to start something new...and i personally like my new car better, i like the look of a stock 240, And R.W. im not just using that as an excuse, sorry you dont like the stock looks of the s13's...but i do...speciall with flush wheels, and pulled rears...looks damn sexy to me. And yes Hit_N_Run i do have a few G's to make the suspension better, becuase with the power level the car is at now, im happy
