well even tho the new one is still fwd... at least the impala and monte now have small block v8's again...

Yeah, atleast GM is slowly pulling its head out of its ass.. now all we need is a car that's rear wheel drive with that small-block..

amen to that... hopefully they really are workin on it... and something not as damn expensive as the gto... i love the new gto to be honest i think its awesome... its just wayyyyyyy to expensive...

Definatley.. GTO's look nice.. but man too expensive, its the cheapman's Vette, if you think about it.

I still think the car sucks. It doesn’t have an LSD and the engine barely fits under the hood so it’s going to be a nightmare to work on and/or modify.

I see it as being more like the RWD Monte Carlos, more fast cruiser then a all-out sports car like the Vette is and the Camaro was.

you are aware that 4th gen f-bodies are the same way? lol nightmare to work on never stops anyone... i like the new styling and they have a decent amount of power, pretty sure they are being aimed at higher end acura's and such... more power, more quality, less price... lets just cross our fingers...

yeah.. my car, being a 3.4 i have more room under the hood than the 5.7 guys, but its still a freakin nightmare...

The Impala makes the 4th gen look ease and straightforward to work on. Anything more then changing the oil going the require dropping the engine on the Impala. And I don’t think anyone even makes an LSD for the thing.
