I seriously doubt it was the painkillers and weed alone that made him go on a murder spree, that's a fucking ridiculous statement.

Bullshit - he got caught with drugs and he's too fucking selfish and immature to take his punishment. Getting high then killing your parents, your grandmother and an innocent motorist while running from the police means that you are fucked up in the head. There's no excuse - all kinds of people have terrible problems and instead of getting high and killing people they try to get their lives straight. So everyone who has problems in their lives should just go out and kill people because it's easier than getting your shit together?

Were his parents abusing him? That might justify killing them if they were, but then he runs from the cops and kills an innocent bystander. You're so concerned about defending your psychotic ex-boyfriend, but have you done anything for the family of the motorist he killed? Have you contacted them to apoligize? Did you contact them to tell them your ex-boyfriend has problems he can't control and his dead victim is just shit-out-of-luck?
