Thank you everyone for your great comments.

As for the ride height, it was built OOB. I could have brought some new rims etc, such as 19" or something, but I wanted it to be just as you would buy one from the Honda dealer. The only change I did make, was the roof. There was no way it was being painted the same as the body.. It just had to be black.

The kit is a great kit, but the lights are complicated, and require a lot of time and work. I "only" just got away with my lights, so anyone looking to build this kit, beware.. Other then this, I can really recommend this kit, if you like Honda S2000..

Thanks again..

Cut the part from the sprue, cleaned up with sand paper (600 grit) and then primed with gray primer.

Sprayed a mist of semi gloss black twice, then a final wet coat of semi gloss black. The I applied a decal for the honda badge and set using micro set. Removed excess water and set solution and once dried applied a coat of micro sol to get the decal to look painted on. Once dried that was it.. Attached to the dash using Tamiya Thin Cement.

Mick, I realise this post has been brought back but just curious - why do you primer before semi gloss black?
Do you find you get a better finish?
I never primer before using this colour/ silver etc as I find no diff in finish and if anything think it gives me better definition due to fewer paint layers.

Not saying I'm right just wondered on your opinion

I always prime the parts, no matter how small with gray primer so I can see any problems, such as mold lines, pin holes etc.. I've got a keen eye, but with gray primer I see it all so much better. Plus the paints seem to stick better to primer, and I get a less plastic look with some paints etc..!! I've done it for ages.. Primer is cheap, it's only a few quid a can..
