Don't get anything fast for your first car. You'll end up wrecking it, I've seen it happen all too often. I would recommend getting an econo box to start out with then moving up to a high performance vehicle.
However I know that advise is going to go in one ear and out the other so I'd recommend an LT1 F-body.

Yup, Lt1 Fbody will do you good and btw G35s arent that fast.
