Re: pics

The color tends to look a little more orange in the pictures than real life, real life it REALY stands out as a vibrent red. I think I'll try using a UV and or polarizing filter next time I take pics to get a more true color. It might be difficult with my little sony digital but I think holding the filters right in front of the linse will work lol.

I'll post pictures of my car. You can make fun of it, if you want. BTW, no offense Mr. Lous and chevytrucks

Here's my MR2:

The engine is getting rebuild right now. I'm getting a new digital camera in the next week or two, so more pictures are coming up.

Either way, those cars are cool.

Clawhammer, get some paint and it'll look pretty good.

All it really needs is a good wash and wax, and it will shine. The clearcoat is a little faded, but that's what wax is for.

That looks fairly similar to Hypsi's GN, maybe he's getting a GN.

Re: pics

I'm going to have to say it's a Grand Sport (I think that's what it is). I saw one on Sunday when I went to the track with Kris. I'd post pictures of my Civic, but honestly, who hasn't seen a Civic. So, why bother. L8...

hell yes they are

vr4 basically = the most affordable luxurious mid 13 second stock street sports car around (used).
People sometimes complain about the weight from a racer's standpoint but its hard to beat a vr4 in terms of awesome daily driver and occasional racer. All this and I don't even own a vr4 but I'll have something boosted next month.
Its old, its japanese and its coming

You lucky bastard! I wish I still loved back in Colorado. Those are some beautiful pictures of your car! Anyhow, here are some crappy pics of the car as it is right now:

That colored wax from Turtle Wax, I believe its called Color Cure, is pretty awesome! I use it on my truck most of the time. It hides little swirl marks and scratches.

I also used it on my uncle's enclosed trailer when he first got it, which was terribly faded and what not, and I could barely believe the results myself! It looked like a different trailer!

So I'd suggest the Red Color Cure wax by Turtle Wax. Now the little chip stick that comes with it is junk, but the wax works wonders. The only downside is it turns your hands to whatever color the wax is, especially the one you use to apply it, lol.
