Too many times a week here, but my work schedule and my wife's work schedule have reduced us to eating 'easy'.

Once she find a new job we should be back on a better schedule....

Freakray - why not cook a shitload (3-4 family sized meals) on the weekend and use for lunch/dinner during the week?

Helped me save at least $100/week on fast food.

well, during the week, I will eat off the dollar menu at work. I work nights, so not many things are open.... its that, or either eat the food prepared at the jail, where inmates work with the food in the kitchen...... I'll take fast food.

i got my chloresteral levels checked and my fat content. all ok. mind u i dont eat mcdonalds or other nasty azz fast foods, i eat chicken all the time.
