One major thing about a GTO, is you should do it right,

headers, high-flow cat, cat-back exhaust

Cold air intake, maybe port&polish your throttle... Might find someone locally to do that for you.

Good HP gains cost mula... you 'best' bet to start off would be an exhaust... you can ad a resonator to keep the sound down of an aftermarket exhaust, ask a muffler shop about adding one

You're better off saving for a supercharger, or if you're just rich, do a twin turbo stealth setup View Here

Good luck on your findings, with out money to shell out on ur GTO, you wont be rocketing anywhere fast lol
