Re: Bicyclers

so get a real bike not a toothpock on pizza cutters! but i am in agreement with you on the point that it is hard to navagate on gravel at high speeds (had 2 older racign bikes and i also made a skidding bike that i had that problem with (the skidding bike was a normal bmx with a plastic read rim with no tire or tube so it ran on the rim and pedal back brakes, you tap the brakes you are otomaticly sidways (great for learnign skiddig control) i could go sideways for around 30 feet)

All the cyclists in my area that ride in the road are good cyclists, usually they can keep up with the speedlimit, cept after a stoplight or something.

I love bike riding!

But I'm a trail biker :P

Re: Bicyclers

I ride both, but it is always too icy in the mountains most of the winter time.

Re: Bicyclers

I stick mostly to road, since I live in the mostly flat state of Illinois. S'ok, I've got plenty of country road that my Cannondale and I can enjoy .

Re: Bicyclers

well lets see here bikes arent supposed to be on sidewalks. why? because sidewalks are for pedestrians only not bikes. and bikes have as much right on the road as cars. bikes have to follow the same traffic laws for the most part. i can understand how some people can get mad at bikers if the bike rider is not curtious. i mylself ride but i always stay right on the whitle line and dont get in anyones way. but i have seen some riders that dont have good control and get in peoples way just honk at them if they are in the road to much

Re: Bicyclers

It is good to see that some people are being reasonable about this now. At first I though you guys were gonna go pick up some pitchforks and torches and go hang some cyclists by their chains.
