Re: RSX is Retarded.

I thought they discontinued the Focus SVT for that reason- it was quick, but waaaay too many problems. I did see the Ridgeline. Don't know if I'd buy one- and I'd be willing to bet Biff, Billy Bob and Surly Joe won't either . Nevertheless, I'm glad Nissan, Toyota and Honda are finally dipping into that market. Competition breeds innovation, and we are the ones who will benefit in the long run.

Re: RSX is Retarded.

yeah, do what i did. go to the acura dealer you bought your rsx at. go to the general manager, and complain to him that they told you pre-sale that when you bought it you'd be able to mount the a-spec wing on it. tell him this was false, because in order to do that, you also have to pay $600.00 to a body shop to have holes filled. Tell him that you're going to file a complaint with Honda Motor Corp. against his dealership for false sales stactics.

It worked for me. My holes were filled for free (on Acura), and they even paid for my A-Spec wing to be mounted (I bought the wing from another Acura dealer). if you wanna see a pic of it message me your email address (remind me about this post).

any tips on how to fill the holes in my hatch after removing the nasty factory/dealer wing??!!

Re: RSX is Retarded.

What does that post have to do with this thread?

Did you get an 05? IF so then YES you can get a A-Spec wing for it on top of the stock lip wing. The dealer is retarded if they actually helped you out on that one.

And if they installed the A-Spec wing that you were so decieved about and so wanted then why is it now nasty and needs to be filled in? You can't fill it in by yourself and have it look like new, you'll need to get in touch with a body shop.

Re: RSX is Retarded.

I know where the Chevy Cavalier reference came from. Early on, one of the magazine reviews of the RSX wasn't too bigon the looks, andsaidit looks like "a Cavalier on steriods." Actually, I'm not sure that description is that far off.
