www.rsmracing.com, based in T.O. and www.carmodifier.com in Ottawa. Both have them I think but 100% certain about RSM. They are J-Body club of Ontario affiliated.

Re: engine change

V.Nice! Custom engine mounts up fron there on that!! Some underneath too. I wouldn't want to attach them to the slam lanel without reinforcing it though! They look like stock mounts been modified. and battery re-located to trunk I would imagine! If you don't mind the spending part go-ahead. RSM could even gice you some advise on it. They are very good!

True. It's a little crazy for me. I plan to autocross in Solo2Ontario and then make my way into solo1. so handling is my things. I'm after power though just not boost especially in FWD with open diff!

205hp actually. They are putting the same s/charged 2.0 EcoTec in the Cobalt SS Supercharged although it's the same motor as the Saab 9-3 which has a turbo and kicks out 220hp!!! Why didn't they do that?!!!!!!!

u can mod anything if u have the drive. i have a 2002 cavi with the 2.2l and i've had good results with my mods. 3" mandrell bent cold air intake, header, cat out with o2 simulater which does not work and hasn't worked since day one. 2"1/4 mandrell exhaust with magnaflow muffler and dual tips(one eack side of car) and a B&M short shifter so it doesn't shift like grandpa's farm truck. I now can spank a stock ecotec with a k&N filter with really pisses my buddy off cause his car has 15,000km on it and mine has 108,000km on and i spank him so now he has started to
mod it so i think next is a 60hp shot of No2 that will coincide with my computer to prevent engine damage. also goin to have GM redo my fuel mapping to coincide with performance mods. remember the 2.2 stock with 115hp and the ecotec has 140hp. good luck and don't listen to all the negativity about the 2.2 it's all bout what u want you're car to do not what others think it should do.
