probably not anymore cuz that would most likely require an online function. not to mention the only way to get your hands on the HDD is to buy it with FFXI for $100.

Negative, SCEA owns all rights to the Gran Turismo line which means it will never see the light of day on another platform.

And for those of you who havent said anything about the release date, it's December 14th. This date was released late last month.

...and NFSU2 releases November 16th.

...I can answer just about any questions about GT4.

this is pretty much the game.

let's hope there'll be a lot of options for engine parts, suspension etc.

They have expanded the modification section. They are not ignoring the import craze either. You can modify the body of say a Honda but not a Viper. Yet you cannot get too in depth with the modifying because of Data Limitations. More options=less cars and I'd rather have the variety of cars. This is why there is no damage factors on the game.

Re: GT4 screenshots

After thinking about it, I'm not really sure I'd wanna dish out the cash for the game considering some of the things I've been hearing about NFSU2 and MC3, but thats just me...

Gran Turismo surpasses ANY other game in replay value. There was 20 some cars in Underground compared to 680 in Gran Turismo 4. There are 50 tracks in GT4 (not including reverse) and that is FAR more than any other game.

To be completely honest, as much as you may like Underground, it could never shake a stick to GT4.

Basicly, GT3 was the test engine, and GT4 is the direct result.
