Kinda like how when you call into Tech support you hear that part of the automated process that states that "all calls may be monitored or taped" to ensure satisfaction.
english would of been more understandable, but from what i could understand im asuming you ment that its useless unless they know there being recorded, well i know in usa(or atleast some states) that cops have video cameras for when they pull people over, do they ask the person "you are being recorded at the moment, oh and you were speeding 20mph over the limit"

i have never heard that on COPS or LAPD life on the beat

maybe you could say "im recording this" if you say it away from him so he doesnt hear and its in the tape, it would be good odds in court if you do it properly, but if he is with another cop that wouldnt work.

if he is with another cop or witness then you could just tell him as you open the bonnet and he might be alittle intimidated to do anything dumb.

1)i think most altezza lights are legal now.....i am in California.

2)The cop just told my friend to pop the hood, and he saw the CAI, and he said it's illigal and told my friend to take it off

3) Same thing for exhaust, the cop said it's illigal.....has to take it off.

Finally he gave my friend a ticket for all the mods, and my friend paid $10 in court for the ticket. (of course he had to take everything off before he went back to court)

my other friend has an Injen CAI, and he went to an Injen dealer or something, and got some documents saying that it's legal. i don't know if that'll work for cheap no-brand intake...
