Trip to Ferrari dealership (pics!)

man, heep, thats awesome!! At Prestige imports, they ignored us, weren't rude, but wern't nice. The guy at Vantage was really nice. When (like heep, not if) I buy a rolls or Bently (Continental T mulliner, 679lb-ft, ahhhhh) I will go to the guy who treated me nicely, at Vantage. I will probably not go to Prestige imports if I can help it.

It's pretty sad. All these salesmen ignore you so that they can wait around for real customers...what they don't seem to realize is that if they had been nice to teens 20 years ago, they would actually have plenty of customers now. They can't seen to figure out that we are already deciding who'll we'll buy exotic cars from 10, 15, 20 years from now, and how they treat us now is the main deciding factor.

Salesman....i have no time for them.
All they want to to is sell that car, make there money and dont give a shit later on.
It really pisses me off how nice they are to you untill you have to bring the car back a few days later to have somethink done and they hardly want to know you.

Most salesmen are like that. Exotic dealerships are slighly different, though.
Even if only 1 in 1000 kids who go there ever become wealthy, thats money you can feel later on.

The guy I know who has a 308 GTB got it from Shelton Sportscars in Florida, now that's going the extra mile! Canada-Florida.

Man you sure are good at digging up dinosaurs. i recently went to the Ferrari dealership too. i still need to post pics though. i didn't even have to ask them though, that sounds wierd.

Ferrari of Atlanta ROCKS!! WHEN (not if) I buy myself a Ferrari, I'll definetaly go the extra 1000 miles to Atlanta and get it there. I went, the owner let me touch whatever, took be out to the mech. shop, where there was a running F40, plus others, then finally took me for a ride in a F355 Spyder. Damn, I love that guy.

Ferrari of Atlanta certainly ROCKS! They let me take pictures, open up the cars, sit in them, they are very cool and don't treat anyone like they are in a "normal" car dealership where the salespeople are slime. When they have time they spend lots of time with you just talking about the cars. Too bad they've moved from Tucker, 5 minutes from my house, to about 25 mins. away...but the new showroom is really nice. Fun to go through a Ferrari "ordering kit" to look at all the specs, color samples, leather samples, etc. I will definitely buy from them when I have the means

speaking as a salesGIRL, I can tell you that if a salesperson is good, they give a hell of a lot of a shit about you. You're paying their check, after all, and the hardest part isn't getting people in... people come in all the time. The hard part is making a good enough impression to get people to not only come back to the dealership, but to ask for you. Example.. one of the guys has been working at the dealership for like 27 years. Way back when he first started, a 17 year old kid came in. Kid had next to no money, but Eric treated him with respect, and sure enough, the kid bought like a $200 (then) used car. Well on my first day at the dealership, that "kid" was rolling off in his 50th anniversary Z06 corvette... and Eric was rolling off with a HUGE check. We can't assume anything. The country bumpkin rolling around outside in an old beat up POS may have 50 grand tucked in his overalls. You never know.

But nice pics! I've driven a ferrari around a parking lot at a car show, and holy hell... needed new pants! beautiful machines. Absolutely beautiful.
