Of course they should. We all know they cause people to crash. I see the following daily: People too late on the gas and too late on the brake because they were on some unimportant call.

Might be physcosematic. A scientific test must be done. Use 2 identical phones; one turned on and one turned off. Have a friend switch / not switch phones in another room, walk out, put the phone near you and repeat test many times. Tally your results and there is your conclusion.

Some speed limits are set/reset with monitoring by non-judicial methods. For example looking at the 85th percentile. Therefore it's a positive for them to see high average speeds, and one way to let them know you have enuff skill to drive 56MPH is by EZ-PASS.

What is it with girls??? Seriously I think that since they were born with only one head that they have less room for brain. I let my friend Jenna drive my truck out of a parking lot, across a street that had a stop light, and then into the next parking lot across from the one we were in. (she was supposed to anyways...) In the matter or 15 seconds, she almost (as in less than an inch away!) hit TWO cars in the first lot, then got to the light when it turned yellow. She had WAY more than enough time to decide to stop or go. It turned yellow when we were maybe 10 feet away from the crosswalk, so she SLAMS on the brake, then GUNS it, then SLAMS the brakes again. After that I yelled "WTF JUST GO!" and she freaked out and just put it in park...IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION! She started fliping out and made me run around to the drivers side and drive it home, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION! She is 2 months from 18 and still doesn't have her license. Thank God. Considering she is blonde, and her sister thats 19 has been in SEVEN accidents it's not too suprising. (the third one she ran into a car parked on the side of the freeway at 90mph and killed the guy in it) Oh by the way, her sisters insurance is STILL LOWER THAN MINE!

No, I personally don't care to live in a third world country, but I would much rather that than helping out/ ushering in of the antichrists master plan to consume my sole, and take me to hell along with all the women driving around putting on makeup, lipstick, waxing their legs, plucking their eyebrows, looking in the rearview, reading a Daniel Steele novel, eating Yoplait, drinking a Frapaccino, messing with, kids in the back seat, practicing Yoga, AND TALKING ON THE DAMN PHONE!!!!

Re: Should cell phones be banned while driving?

I forgot playing with themselves...lol....I've actually seen that acouple times, if they can hit the same spots that I can hit with my tongue, judging by the reactions I saw from it, that can be more than a distraction...that could be strait up fatal. lol
