Re: Re: Can i swap a Nissan Sr20det motor into a 1995 honda civic?
Quote:
Yes, you can swap whatever the fuck you want into whatever car you want. Is it worth it, no. Big fucking deal the SR20DET is boosted and has 200ish hp, the F20C is N/A and has more than that, so why not put that in, oh wait I know, because it's a bad idea.

Re: Can i swap a Nissan Sr20det motor into a 1995 honda civic?
My brother and I both have a 240sx his is white mine is black his is SR20DET powered mine is KA24DE powered it took us alot of time to put in his SR20 and the engine was ment for that car I wouldn't suggest you try putting it in a honda and since the side mounted SR20's were not built for a turbo, no oil squirters higher compression and well they are sold in america so they must suck right
. My brother put a Greddy GT25r turbo on his and it puts down 300whp at about 8-10lbs of boost with stock internals. I also own a Honda CRX SI and I know most honda engines cant handle boost in double digits to well with out having forged internals. would be a sick fast car if it was done but way not worth the money put into it.
